Job DescriptionThe Marketing Campaign Manager will work as an individual contributor to lead in the development and execution of multichannel marketing programs to drive awareness, demand generation and revenue for our next-generation sequencing platform The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation programs. The ability to collaborate with both cross-functional and external partners for successful execution is critical for this role.
As part of our team, your core responsibilities will be:
- Develop and implement strategic, multi-channel marketing plans for our protein sequencing platform to penetrate strategic market segments and opportunities
- Assist in development and optimization of messaging and content to align marketing objectives and value propositions with company goals, business trends and marketing opportunities
- Manage and track marketing budgets and spending
- Create and manage marketing plans and timelines for campaign to ensure consistent delivery of leads, revenue targets and other KPIs
- Track, maintain and campaign metrics to measure and report to key stakeholders the effectiveness of campaign activities and ROI, and effectively evaluate metrics to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with external partners, including agencies and vendors, in the creation of campaign assets and develop and execute robust multi-channel marketing programs to drive successful demand generation programs.
- Stay up to date on marketing trends and best practices
- Other duties as assigned.
Baseline skills/experiences/attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic marketing campaigns
- Experience or education in protein biology, proteomics or life sciences preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing automation software
- Self-motivated and resourceful
- Clear communicator both verbally and written

The estimated base salary range for this role based in the United States of America is: $130,000 - $160,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, level of the position, an individual’s skills, knowledge and abilities, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all full-time employees are eligible for our discretionary bonus program and equity as part of the compensation package.
