The Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of our digital campaigns, from planning and booking to analysis and optimization. This is a fantastic chance to showcase your creativity and strategic thinking while working with a talented team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle of digital campaigns for our clients (planning, booking, trafficking)
- Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns for maximum performance
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive results
- Participate in and lead client calls, effectively presenting campaign insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with business development managers to create data-driven strategies and bespoke proposals
- Generate comprehensive campaign reports for stakeholders
- Work closely with other internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities
Experience
- Proven experience in ad operations
- A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for digital marketing
- 1-2 years of experience managing performance-driven digital campaigns
- Experience working in a media agency or publisher environment
- Strong understanding of digital display and advertising solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable leading client calls
- Proficiency in Google Analytics/Amplitude and Google Ad Manager
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite or G Suite (Workspace)
