The Campaign manager develops, launches, measures, and optimizes marketing campaigns and global programs targeted at specific buyers to drive demand for Vectraโs business. The Campaign Manager is a part of the Vectra AI Digital Marketing team since most campaigns are primarily digital although Field events and activities are critical campaign offers and need to be promoted. Campaigns and programs are built across the entire buyerโs journey and are comprised of a comprehensive set of tactics including, but not limited to digital media, Search, social media, email marketing, webinars, regional activities and events.ย The Campaign manager is exclusively focused on new business campaigns and works with internal and external cross-functional teams to build campaign assets, execute programs, measure and report on campaign effectiveness, and optimize for peak performance.ย
Responsibilitiesย
Strategy:ย
- Translate business strategies into campaign strategies to maximize revenueย
- Understand the buyer โ pain points, demographics, how they buy, and how to engage themย
- In partnership with the Digital Marketing Manager and Field leads, develop program content and tactic roadmap aligned to the buyerโs journey and built using modern marketing best practicesย
- Work cross-functionally and across geo theatres to define an integrated full funnel campaign strategy balancing the need to build awareness, produce immediate pipeline and develop future demandย
- Develop and maintain campaign buyer/content journeys aligned with thought leadership and core product journey pillars from education through decision stages
- Identify content and creative needs and partner with PMM, Content Marketing Managers, Copywriting and Creative functions to deliverย
- Explore evolving marketing trends and channels that increase demand creation and brand awarenessย
- Program manage various cross-functional efforts to define, launch and optimize omni-channel nurture programs ย
- Leverage expertise in full funnel (marketing and sales) capabilities, including automation, to maximize campaign impactย
Collaboration:ย
- Partner with Product Marketing to build and optimize campaign strategiesย
- Collaborate with Field Marketing to extend and amplify campaigns globallyย
- Collaborate with Partner & Alliance Marketers to enable Partners to leverage campaign deliverablesย
- Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure Sales can leverage campaign deliverables in customer outreachย
- Partner with Sales Development teams to ensure campaign leads are of high quality and are being managed in a timely manner
- Leverage internal and external subject matter experts, like digital and operations to drive increased campaign innovation & effectivenessย
Delivery:ย
- Build, manage, and communicate quarterly campaign plansย
- Coordinate the ongoing development of campaign contentย
- Write, edit, and proofread copy for promotional materials ย
- Brief and program manage the work of internal and external execution teamsย
- Determine and manage program budgetsย
- Optimize campaign mix to maximize returnย
- Analyze data to monitor the success of programs and optimize activities based on data-driven findingsย
- Deliver regular cross functional reports of campaign resultsย
- Ensure that the Vectra brand and identity is adhered to in all program tactics and channelsย
- Stay abreast of marketing best practices to ensure programs remain cutting edgeย ย
Requirementsย
- 3+ yearsโ experience in marketing campaign management โ global experience preferredย
- Marketing Automation and CRM Expertise (HubSpot + SalesForce) required. ย
- Experience communicating and collaborating with a diverse global teamย
- Proven track record of delivering successful B2B campaigns ย
- Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and cross functional projectsย
- Solid knowledge of modern marketing best practicesย
- Experience with digital marketing channelsย
- College degree in Marketing, Business Management, English, Journalism, Digital technologies or relevant fieldย
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment at a company on a high growth trajectory.ย ย
