This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Campaign Manager in the United States.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, adoption, and expansion across multiple channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product marketing, sales, customer success, and digital—to craft compelling stories and deliver measurable business impact. This position offers the chance to shape campaign strategy for a fast-growing cloud security organization, influencing both pre- and post-sale customer journeys. You will oversee execution, optimize performance metrics, and tailor campaigns to regional markets, while ensuring alignment with overall brand messaging. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on project management, offering high visibility and the ability to make a tangible difference. Collaboration, creativity, and agility are key to thriving in this fast-paced environment.
Accountabilities:
- Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from planning and messaging to launch and performance analysis
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, Content, Digital, Field, Social, and Customer Success teams to align messaging and channel strategies
- Support sales and BDR teams to drive funnel conversion, pipeline generation, and revenue impact
- Design post-sale engagement programs to encourage customer adoption, retention, and upsell
- Tailor campaigns for regional markets and ensure clear communication of goals and objectives across teams
- Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance for maximum impact
- Support product launches and other strategic initiatives with thoughtful, results-driven campaign plans
- 5–7 years of marketing experience, including at least 4 years in campaign or project management roles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to align teams on timelines and deliverables
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to change, prioritize competing tasks, and problem-solve on the fly
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability and a builder mentality
