Collaboration, creativity, and agility are key to thriving in this fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, Content, Digital, Field, Social, and Customer Success teams to align messaging and channel strategies
  • Support sales and BDR teams to drive funnel conversion, pipeline generation, and revenue impact
  • Design post-sale engagement programs to encourage customer adoption, retention, and upsell
  • Tailor campaigns for regional markets and ensure clear communication of goals and objectives across teams
  • Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance for maximum impact
  • Support product launches and other strategic initiatives with thoughtful, results-driven campaign plans
  • Requirements:

    • 5–7 years of marketing experience, including at least 4 years in campaign or project management roles
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to align teams on timelines and deliverables
    • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to adapt quickly to change, prioritize competing tasks, and problem-solve on the fly
    • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
    • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability and a builder mentality
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary and potential incentive compensation
      • Participation in an equity plan
      • Flexible paid time off and 11 paid holidays
      • Parental, pregnancy health, medical, and bereavement leave
      • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
      • Home office setup reimbursement and monthly connectivity allowance
      • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
      • 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match
      • Short- and long-term disability insurance and life & accident coverage
