Campaign Manager Trainee

Horizon is looking for someone to join its growing Campaign Manager team, which helps us run campaigns for our brand partners. The Campaign Manager Trainee would be helping us use our established marketing techniques to run campaigns with a solid team of brand ambassadors, making sure things run smoothly and keeping our clients at the forefront of their respective industries. The Campaign Manager Trainee will be responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of field marketing campaigns. S/he will work closely with marketing managers and the sales team to promote lead generation and create upsell opportunities.

Campaign Manager Trainee Responsibilities:

• Working with the Marketing Coordinator and the Sales Operations Manager to integrate campaigns with sales promotions.
• Keeping updated on industry and competitive trends and regularly informing sales and marketing of noteworthy news items and opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
• Consistently have a professional, friendly, and positive behavior with customers, co-workers, and managers.
• Document and share lead/customer intelligence with sales team.
