The Marketing Strategy & Operations team at Eventbrite is at the forefront of optimizing our marketing engine for peak performance ensuring efficiency effectiveness and scalability across the board. Our mission is to streamline marketing strategic planning operational efficiency tool implementation and governance within the marketing function. THE ROLE
As a Campaign Operations Manager you'll be instrumental in orchestrating multi-channel marketing campaigns that support Eventbrite's marketing and brand strategy. This entails working closely with the campaign owners on the planning execution and optimization of campaigns across various digital platforms to drive brand awareness customer engagement and lead generation.
A Day in Your Role
Imagine starting your day with a team meeting where creativity and strategy blend seamlessly. Here you'll align on campaign priorities review progress and tackle any roadblocks with cross-functional stakeholders working with you on the campaign. Afterwards you dive into our project management tool to update campaign timelines and ensure everything is on track and deadlines are met.
As the day unfolds you'll wear many hats transitioning smoothly between coordinating with our talented content creators innovative designers and data-driven analysts. Your mission? To ensure every campaign element is perfectly synchronised and ready for a flawless launch. Your problem-solving skills shine when challenges arise keeping operations running like a well-oiled machine.
In the afternoon you become a data detective analysing campaign performance and transforming numbers into actionable insights. You prepare detailed reports that highlight successes and uncover opportunities for optimisation. Wrapping up your day you engage in strategic discussions brainstorm future campaigns and refine processes to drive even greater efficiency and impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Project manage and coordinate multi-channel digital marketing campaigns from inception to completion.

Collaborate with the campaign owner and cross-functional teams (i.e. content design analytics and event creators) to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.

Maintain and update project timelines campaign calendars and dashboards.

Analyse campaign performance data to generate insights and recommendations for optimisation.

Implement best practices for campaign operations including workflow management documentation and governance.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may impact campaign execution.

Continuously evaluate and improve campaign processes for efficiency and scalability.
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing campaign operations coordination and 5+ years of overall working experience.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Expertise in Google Spreadsheets and/or Excel

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics social media ad managers email marketing software).

Analytical mindset with the ability to deliver reporting and insights to the campaign owners.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
