Who are we looking for:

Campaign Specialist tasked with executing and fine-tuning effective multi-channel brand and demand campaigns to drive conversions. Expert in their field with a deep understanding of campaign design, A/B testing, and reporting. This role requires campaign execution skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering compelling campaigns that drive results.


Key Responsibilities:

Omni-Channel Campaign Development and Management:

Develop and manage omnichannel campaigns, optimizing for performance to attract, convert, and close new business and client growth opportunities.

Project Planning and Execution:

Create detailed project plans and timelines for each campaign.

Execute marketing campaigns in partnership with marketing operations across various channels to achieve business objectives.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

Monitor campaign performance in real time, analyze data, and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.

Prepare comprehensive campaign reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and learnings.

Documentation and Communication:

Maintain campaign calendars, status reports, and documentation to keep stakeholders informed.

Oversee tracking & analysis of campaigns to ensure results are meeting audience growth, engagement, and conversion goals.

Collaboration and Integration:

Collaborate with Marketing Ops for campaign operations, analytics, and insights.

Work closely with the campaign manager and cross-functional teams to integrate campaign activities into the overall strategy.

Continuous Evaluation and Improvement:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including automation and A/B testing.

Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis, analyzing key metrics, implementing needed actions, and communicating with the broader marketing team.

Manage key tasks related to campaign requests and documentation.

Martech Stack Utilization:

Work across martech stack tools like Marketo, Goldcast, PathFactory, etc.


Necessary Skills and Experience:

3-5 proven years of experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, social media and email.

Proficiency in marketing automation platforms like Marketo.

Good understanding of SEO and SEM principles to optimize campaign performance and drive traffic.

Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.

Good project management skills, including prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing resources effectively.

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as sales, product development, and customer support.

Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate campaign objectives, strategies, and results to stakeholders.

Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and integration with marketing platforms for lead management and attribution is desired.

Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to track campaign performance and ROI is desired.


Additional Details:

Hybrid | Full Time | Bengaluru

Working hours: Monday and Friday IST hours | Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday 4 hours IST with 4 hours US overlap (6:30-10:30 pm IST / 8-12 am CT)
