Job Description

Barings' Campus Recruiting Team is seeking a Campus Recruiter. This position will be located in Charlotte, NC.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the full-life cycle campus recruiting process
  • Coordinate logistics and execution of on-campus and in-house recruiting events such as interviews, career fairs, presentations, treks, Super Days, etc.
  • Manage and foster strong relationships with students, university organizations, faculty, and other campus contacts to aid in the selection of qualified undergraduate candidates
  • Work closely with HR team to create a tailored recruiting approach at designated school(s) to accomplish demand for program goals
  • Collaborate effectively with global HR team and relevant global internal and external stakeholders
  • Connect with candidates regarding interview logistics, offer details, and the hiring process for campus programs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our applicant tracking system; provide ad hoc reports on our recruiting efforts
  • Manage and execute internship and related early careers programing
  • Partner with Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team, Social Impact Team and other relevant internal teams to align objectives to achieve program goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 1-4 years of related experience
  • Proven talent to work well under pressure in a demanding and fast-paced professional environment
  • Capacity to quickly acquire an understanding of relevant firm businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems
  • Ability to build strong relationships and network with candidates and internal leadership
  • Client-focused individual with outstanding judgment & creative problem-solving skills
  • Flexible self-motivated team player
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task/prioritize workload
  • Thrives in an environment of ambiguity and has the ability to manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of/experience recruiting in financial services a plus
  • Experience in event planning a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Job requires willingness to travel (50% or greater during peak seasons)
