Position Overview
World Insurance is seeking a seeking a talented and experienced Diversity Campus Recruiter to lead their diversity recruiting strategy and initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and support of a robust diversity recruiting strategy
- Manage relationships with external diversity organizations to build brand awareness and talent pipelines
- Organize, execute and attend various recruiting events
- Foster strong relationships and maintain frequent contact with potential candidates
- Track diversity recruiting metrics and provide data and reports, present to senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Remain apprised of current and changing diversity recruiting trends through research and development of external network; make data-drive recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree with 3-5 years of recruiting experience
- Ability to develop relationships with professionals at all levels and work collaboratively across teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated client focus and influencing ability
- Highly organized and results driven with excellent attention to detail
- Experience designing and maintaining campus recruiting metrics
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex time-sensitive projects & processes
- Excellent time management and organization skills
