Campus Recruiting Coordinator

• Provide support to the Early Careers team
• Schedule events, meetings and interviews 
• Provide event support for interview days, office visits from students/organizations, on-campus engagements, and in-office Experience Days
• Assist with campus recruiting process and pipeline management
• Help organize career fair volunteers and materials
• Prepare reports to support the needs of the organization
• Help with other special projects as needed

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years related work experience; campus career center or campus recruiting team a plus 
• Proficient in Google Suite
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse ATS a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
• Passionate about People
• Flexible and adaptable
• Highly organized and attentive to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively
