With a passionate team of 100-200 employees, we are seeking a driven and adaptable Campus Recruiting Recruiter with a strong background in talent acquisition to join our dynamic organization. 


What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their talent needs and develop a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy.
  • Responsible for the full-life cycle of Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, job description developing, resume screening, interview scheduling and conducting, and offer closing.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals, to identify and engage with high-potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' suitability for various roles within the organization.
  • Coordinate with the interview process. Provide a positive candidate experience by delivering timely and informative communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Plan and execute campus recruitment events, career fairs, information sessions, and campus interviews to attract potential candidates.
  • Represent our company at university events and build relationships with career services, faculty, and student organizations.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline from target universities and colleges to meet current and future hiring needs.

How You Can Be Qualified:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in campus recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of campus recruitment strategies, practices, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and engage with university students and professionals.
  • Ability to effectively represent the company's values, culture, and opportunities to potential candidates.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), Linkedin and Handshake.
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude with a focus on meeting recruitment goals.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to finding and hiring the best candidates for our organization.
