Campus Recruiting Specialist
Job Description
The campus Recruiting Specialist will support our recruiting initiatives, mange candidate tracking, execute the US background check process. Your friendly interaction and thoughtful, timely communication during crucial stages of the hiring process ensures a positive experience for everyone involved.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage DEI Candidate Pipeline spreadsheet
- Process U.S. Background checks
- Ensure compliance in the selection process and apply knowledge of OFCCP/EEO guidelines.
- Partner with firm wide employee resource groups on diversity campus hiring, including management, and tracking of identified candidates across the firm
- Manage company job boards and other related recruitment social media such as LinkedIn and Handshake
- Work with Human Resources, Recruitment committee and local practice recruiting committees to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the campus recruitment hiring process
- Schedule firm wide intern lunch and learns
- Track candidates from specific sources such as the scholarship program or employee resource group referrals and follow up on the status back to stakeholders
- Create surveys using survey monkey to track feedback
- Receive and respond to general HR questions
- File documents into appropriate HR folders
- Support Campus Recruiting Manager with various projects such as and not limited to, recruiting process for intern and entry level positions, tracking candidate pipeline, and partner with employee resource groups on diversity recruiting
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- BS/BA Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year HR experience
- Familiarity with social media, applicant tracking system (UltiPro preferred), and professional networks
- Knowledge of LinkedIn recruiter, Yello, and Handshake
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, and candidates and communicate effectively
- Self-sufficient and able to work autonomously and cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Meticulous project management skills
- Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion related topics
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Interest in Campus Recruiting
- Result focused- demonstrated ability to close issues, personal accountability for results, and manage daily priorities
