ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

• Restock daily high-use canister inventory in pharmacy production

• Reclaim & refurbish incoming canisters to assure no disruptions in canister filling process

• Perform canister deep cleaning and Engineering Change Orders as necessary

• Maintain accurate canister inventory though ongoing perpetual inventory system

• Assist in pharmacy inventory level-loading where necessary

• Maintain logistical supplies for the canisters (including spare parts)

• Document, track and coordinate canister recalls as necessary

• Conduct canister Black List inspection & repair as necessary

• Perform canister conversions when instructed by Canister Operations Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Project management experience, preferred

• Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & BEHAVIORS

• Attention to detail oriented, including ability to follow step-by-step instructions and enter data accurately into a computer database

• Ability to solve problems

• Fundamental knowledge of basic Windows based software programs, including but not limited to word processing and spreadsheet applications

• Organization skills including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

• Effective oral communication skills

• Promotes teamwork, demonstrates strong professionalism and provide superior customer service

• Ability to work and produce results under pressure

• Must be a self-starter

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient, employee and company proprietary information

• Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees at all levels
