Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing Canvasser to join our home improvement team. As a Canvasser, you will be responsible for going door-to-door and interacting with potential customers at their homes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to communicate effectively, and have a strong understanding of the company and its products. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales, eager to learn and talking to different perspective homeowners and customers in the community everyday. Responsibilities • Go door-to-door and engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner • Conduct door-to-door canvassing in order to set leads/appointments for exterior home improvement projects • Work closely with other team members to develop and implement effective door-to-door lead generation strategies • Attend meetings and training sessions to ramp up/learn the job and also review performance from the team each week • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all individuals we interact with Requirements • Must have personal transportation • Strong customer service and sales skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Effective communication and people skills • Experience with door-to-door canvassing or telemarketing (not required) • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet weekly/monthly lead generation goals • Ability to pass a background check and maintain a professional demeanor at all times Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,000.00 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Opportunities for advancement • Professional development assistance Compensation Package: • 1099 contract • Bonus opportunities • Commission pay • Monthly bonus • Performance bonus • Uncapped commission • Yearly bonus Schedule: • Day shift Work Location: In person
