Canvasser/ Manager

Hourly plus bonus pay for quota of leads set and additional increased bonuses for contracts sold. A successful canvasser in this role will present the Nu Face Home Improvements products and services to the widest number of prospects. This role requires excellent communication skills, customer service and marketing knowledge. A candidate must also need to love starting conversations, have an in-depth knowledge of our offering and be persuasive. 

Here are examples of daily duties: 

• Memorize and recite sales scripts and statements prepared and provided by the employer
• Hire and recruit and train new employees
• Demonstrate a vast knowledge of the product, service or policies being canvassed to convince people to receive an in-home sales presentation.
• Get information, such as contact details and signatures, from potential leads and clients for follow-up
• Confidently answer questions and rebuff excuses to meet objectives
• After successful track record, train and mentor new Canvassers
• Attend industry events and exhibitions including fairs, rallies and shows
• Consistently meet daily and weekly quotas for client information and signature acquisition
