Responsibilities:

• Team Maestro: Manage and motivate a team of canvassers.
• Lead Magician: Generate leads for home remodeling projects.
• Appointment Setter Extraordinaire: Schedule appointments like a pro.
• Company Booster: Drive up our business by spreading the word.
• Flyer Guru: Organize and distribute flyers to curious homeowners.
• Progress Tracker: Report daily to management on your team’s awesomeness.
• Goal Crusher: Hold your team accountable for reaching their targets.
• Script Whisperer: Train your team on our sales magic.
• Product Prodigy: Know our services inside out (after training, of course).

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
