CAO Technology Program Lead

Job Description:
CAO Technology is seeking a Portfolio Delivery Manager to manage its significant multi-year program of moving Global Procurement to the cloud. The program includes migrating off multiple vendor and home grown on premise applications to a single cloud vendor solution.
The role will include the following responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for technical delivery of the GEP SMART Program
• Responsible for Management of all project finances including oversight of partner/service delivery finances
• Responsible for all project organizational team members - this included Release Train Engineer, Scrum Masters and Project Managers
• Responsible for developing and representing program health to both team and management levels
• Partners with LOB Leaders to identify and manage key risks and issues
• Responsible for ensuring change management and PMO standards are maintained
• Presents to Senior Executive Management on project status, key risks, issues management
• Escalates key risks and issues to Portfolio Manager

Required Skills

• Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills.
• Able to engage multiple stakeholders at a senior level and build to consensus around a clear course of action.
• Technical background with understanding of development, testing lifecycles.
• Multiple project experience in delivering large agile projects and programs.
• Great problem management and relationship management skills.

Desired Skills

• Experience in leading agile transformations Functioned as a RTE or Agile Coach in a previous role.
