Capabilities Integrator

Torch Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, has an immediate opening for a Counter- small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) Capabilities Integrator. The successful candidate willprovide expertise and adviceto support the Joint C-sUAS Office (JCO) Requirements and Capabilities Division Chief, JCO Director, and other senior Joint and Army leaders concerning related analytic efforts regarding C-sUAS to include Electronic Warfare, Sensors, C-sUAS Weapons, and emerging technologies.They will assist in developing, synchronizing, and integrating DoD C-sUAS capabilities into the Joint Force. The successful candidate will have the ability to support development of a diverse portfolio of systems across the Combatant Commands, Military Services and Federal agencies to facilitate understanding and effectivelyrelay complex issuesto decision-makers. The candidate will demonstrate the utmost professionalism, be able to work independently and collaboratively to develop recommendations and solutions.

Job Requirements

• Understanding of the Counter-UAS mission and its supporting technologies.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Adept at presenting technical concepts to Senior Leaders.
• Understanding of the Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC), Combatant Command Integrated Priority List (IPL) and associated processes.
• Document solutions for capability interoperability performance and issues.
• Conduct analysis to develop recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of interoperability of existing capabilities.
• Consult with multiple program managers, system development teams, Military Services, and Federal Agencies to develop consensus and provide a solution to address a common issue.
• Prior military and related C-sUAS experience is desired.
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of15years of relevant experience.
• Current security clearance (TS/SCI eligible)
• This position will be onsite with the customer in Arlington, VA however some required travel is anticipated.
