Job Description
Core4ce is looking to hire an effective capability analyst to help generate written content for use in proposal responses to drive new sales for the Defense Solutions Business Unit. Core4ce is a fast-growing Federal contractor supporting cybersecurity, data science, engineering, and operations mission-sets for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with Senior Engineers across multiple domains - cybersecurity, data science, engineering and other IT-related fields to conduct interviews, extract required data, and develop written content which descriptively captures accomplishments, milestones, after-action reports, and any associated metrics
- Ability to research and understand a wide range of IT topics and domains
- Develop a monthly report for major task areas on multiple programs to capture key metrics and success stories
- Edit material written by other staff members
- Remain current on all issues pertinent to the team (major milestones, issues/risks, solutions)
- Develop after-action reports
- Be proficient on standard tools such as Microsoft Word/Power Point and other electronic resources and adopt a resourceful/creative mindset to develop required deliverables
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience supporting the DoD or other Federal Agencies.
- Ability to work well with a engineers and administrators and knowledge of and/or aptitude to learn and write to a range of IT-related technologies and solution-sets.
- Candidates may be required to pass a writing test for this position.
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Public Policy, or similar
- 1 year writing in Journalism or similar field
- IT knowledge is preferred
- Driver's License (Required)
