Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Business Excellence, you will maximize our organization's potential through our people and launch excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our culture and processes.
• Manage the sales certification process, maintaining high standards of knowledge and skills across the team.
• Collaborate with global and local experts to keep our learning assets current and relevant, adapting them to meet the unique needs of the Australian market.
• Drive continuous competency development through targeted training and coaching initiatives, enhancing the impact of our field-facing teams.
• Coordinate launch readiness and excellence for new products, ensuring our teams are well-prepared and equipped to succeed.
