Capacity Analyst (On-Site)

We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a Capacity Analyst on the Customer Service Team!

POSITION SUMMARY

The Capacity Analyst is essential to build capacity for the LG Direct Mobile Service and Authorized Service Center Networks to provide support for as many of our customers as possible. This position ensures visibility for leadership on the capabilities of our network, utilizing data analytics and accurate reporting to paint a clear picture of both current performance as well as potential capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement clear accurate reports for Direct Mobile Service Technician Managers, Field Support Leadership, and other teams
• Creation of capacity analysis dashboard to reflect key factors impacting capacity as well as show potential lost capacity
• Ensure accuracy of Authorized Service Center and LG Direct Mobile Service Technician profiles to increase opportunities for timely scheduling
• Tracking of impacts to capacity such as product or area restrictions to monitor for solutions and timelines
• Review of data to provide capacity forecasting to allow for strategies to be put in place for capitalization of availability
• Analysis of root causes behind lost capacity with recommendations for improvements to combat those issues
• Engagement with leaders and key persons in the organization to ensure accurate capacity reflections are in place and that reporting meets needs for operational strategy

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, or related work experience
• Experience in capacity planning or analytics preferred
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Project Management/Supervision experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, Word, Power-Point
• Location: Huntsville, AL - on-site position
