CAPACITY MANAGEMENT ANALYST

As the Capacity Management Analyst, you will apply knowledge of the client's clinical or business requirements, Epic Cadence application capabilities, and his/her technical skills to implement and support the Coordinated Scheduling Decision Support System. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert (SME) in Epic Cadence, Client, and Patient Access Center Operations workflows.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Implementation of new decision support systems and modifications to existing systems.
• Application configuration, go-live support, and on-going client support. He/she works on multiple projects concurrently.
• Provides outstanding client service and contributes to the organization's mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care while driving the migration to Epic powered clinical solutions which will better align the Patient Access Center and Montefiore Health System with our goal of leveraging technology to reduce costs.

Education / Skills required

• High School Diploma/GED coupled with one (1) year work experience required; Bachelor' degree preferred
• Proficiency as a subject matter expert in Epic Cadence subject matter expert (SME)
• Advanced software acumen including strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
