Capital Development Analyst

As a Capital Development Analyst, you will assist with investor relations and capital raising initiatives to provide Redesign Health and its Operating Companies with the capital required to launch and scale. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and conducting investor research projects and processes, leading customer relationship management (CRM), sales pipeline management, assisting with external facing marketing collateral, and improving internal processes by collaborating across internal working groups.

You will report to the team’s Vice President and work with our entire Capital Development team out of our New York City office.

About The Job

As our Capital Development Analyst, you will have the opportunity to join a lean team that is responsible for Redesign Health’s relationships with external investors. You will be able to split time across business development, product management, and internally working with other teams across Redesign Health. 

You will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of institutional investors, participate in new investment product creation, and work across functional teams including our CEO & Head of New Business Development. 

Target Investor Research

• Develop and conduct a number of potential target investor research projects, including identifying, qualifying and segmenting target universes. This work includes database research & mapping, aggregating relevant news sources, and tracking outreach initiatives across other Redesign departments (i.e. strategic partnerships, research, strategic finance).
• Cultivate potential investor leads by researching family offices, endowments, foundations, pension funds, insurance companies and sovereign wealth funds.

CRM & Pipeline Management

• Systematize CRM reporting and analytics to optimize tracking of investor coverage, pipeline and outreach
• Input and upload investor details into the CRM, including key investor details, meeting notes and status updates
• Strengthen outreach and follow-up cadence with both existing and potential investors

Marketing Collateral and External Facing Events

• Maintain and develop investor collateral, including quarterly reports, marketing presentations, and ad hoc materials for existing and prospective investors
• Work with the Capital Development team members to coordinate roadshow planning, outreach and follow-up as needed
• Assist with planning and execution of annual investor day & ad hoc events
• Collaborate across teams to leverage internal literature for external facing purposes

What you'll need:

Background

• 0-1+ years of experience in a relevant field such as investor relations, investment banking, capital markets, accounting, or financial data services
• An undergraduate degree in a relevant financial field
• Familiarity with financial and data analytics tools
