Capital Management System Transition Specialist

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Capital Management System Transition Specialist to join our UniQue team!

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Preparing the tender document by using as input the business / technical requirements
• Define the exclusion criteria and assessment criteria with the procurement office
• Assist in the organization and roll-out of short-listed vendor workshops
• Document gaps with system vendors
• Assist in project management tasks such as preparation of Steerco presentations
• Assist in the analysis of vendor responses to tender
• Assist in the preparation of the system implementation plan

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• At least 5 years’ experience working with different TMS/ core-banking solutions
• Excellent functional knowledge to understand business requirements and drive workshops with business and system vendors in the different areas (front, back-office, risk management, accounting, grant management)
• Experience working with a peer development bank
• Experience with the core-banking system (Transact from Temenos)
• Fluency in English and French would be an advantage
