Capital Markets Intern

GROUNDFLOOR is seeking a self-starting and motivated Capital Markets Intern to assist with scalability and the securities qualification process. A successful Capital Markets Intern will be a problem solver with a passion for details, and a team player with a desire to contribute to the company's mission of creating a new category of individual real estate investments - accessible to everyone.

Requirements

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Prepare investment securities (LROs) for SEC qualification based on our regulatory requirements
• Assist with the sale of securities on our investment platform
• Data entry for special projects
• Collaborate with coworkers to further team success
• Contribute to a collaborative and enjoyable work environment

YOUR EXPERIENCE + A FEW NICE TO HAVES:

• Student working towards a Business-Focused Bachelor's Degree
• Time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Interest in investments, real estate, or finance a plus
• Excited to work in a high-growth startup environment
