Job Description

As a Capital Markets Operations Administrator with Frost, you will be responsible for processing and facilitating Capital Markets transactions related to municipal underwriting and safekeeping services. Responsibilities will include acting as a liaison between the customer and front/back office staff to coordinate the completion of a transaction; analyzing and processing monthly invoices for municipal underwriting and trading transactions; reconciling assigned accounts payable and general ledger accounts; testing the performance of system updates and assist with any system implementations; creating documentations to help system training needs; and identifying potential operational efficiencies that can be gained due to system enhancements. The candidate will assist the management of safekeeping accounts and prepare documentation for new accounts, to ensure that date is being pulled correctly for the various systems.

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably with coursework in Accounting and/or Finance
• 3+ years experience within a Capital Markets operations group; or, other relevant experience, preferably within the financial services industry
• Extremely detailed oriented and organized with strong problem solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately while meeting deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

• Knowledge of bonds, loan operations, or banking
