Position Responsibilities
- You will aggressively identify, qualify, and lead capture efforts for all qualified opportunities assigned.
- You will gather and document opportunity, customer, contract, and competition intelligence and share this with the proposal team.
- You will review the customer requirements, do a gap analysis, and identify suitable teammates to fill the gaps.
- You will develop and execute a call plan to engage with the customer and build customer intimacy.
- You will develop and execute a comprehensive capture plan. Lead the development and implementation of all aspects of the Capture Plan, including Win Strategy, Price to Win, etc.
- You will be the customer advocate during the proposal phase, will interpret customer requirements, and assist in architecting a customer-centric solution.
- You will keep the leadership team informed and engaged and promptly escalate issues needing resolution.
Required Skills:
- The candidate should understand the Air Force Cyber components and have experience capturing funded opportunities in Cyber, Cloud, DevSecOps, or agile software development.
- The candidate should have an understanding of Cyber, Cloud, DevSecOps or agile software development and the ability to work with technical teams to develop and evolve win strategies, key offer elements, competitive discriminators, and resulting win themes.
- The candidate should have deep knowledge and recent relevant experience performing hands-on Capture as an individual performer, understand processes, and have the discipline to pursue qualified opportunities.
