Opportunity Description:

Global IntoTek Inc. (GITI) is actively seeking a skilled Capture Manager to lead and secure new business initiatives in CYBERCOM, DoD Service Cyber Components, and other defense sectors. The ideal candidate will be tasked with crafting and implementing detailed capture strategies aimed at enhancing win probabilities with Department of Defense (DoD) customers. Essential support in proposal drafting, past performance documentation, solutions architecture, and recruitment will be provided, facilitating the capture of substantial programs.

Position Responsibilities

• Oversee 2-4 capture initiatives concurrently, taking full responsibility for the development and execution of capture plans.
• Collect and analyze data on opportunities, customer requirements, contractual aspects, and competitive landscapes, communicating insights with the proposal team.
• Conduct gap analyses, identifying and engaging suitable partners to enhance proposal strength.
• Develop and maintain a customer engagement strategy to foster relationships and understand client needs.
• Architect customer-focused solutions, acting as a liaison between the customer and the proposal team during the bidding process.
• Maintain open lines of communication with the leadership team, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of critical issues.
• Employ strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop effective long-term business capture strategies and immediate win tactics.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated expertise in the various DoD Cyber components with a track record of successfully capturing funded opportunities in Cyber, Cloud, DevSecOps, or agile software development environments.
• Proficient in collaborating with technical teams to refine capture strategies, identify competitive advantages, and articulate compelling win themes.
• Extensive hands-on experience in capture management, with a deep understanding of the federal procurement process, including diverse contract types (non-IDIQ, IDIQ) and payment models (FFP, T&M, cost-plus).
• Ability to independently pursue and secure qualified opportunities, backed by recent, relevant, and referenceable capture management experiences.
