Job Description
As a Capture Manager (CM), you’ll be responsible for shaping and capturing prime opportunities on large-business IT contracts, in the $50M to $100M+ range, with the goal to make an impact across the federal government. Our Growth team is highly successful in executing corporate capture for “top opportunities” across our business lifecycle process and your success will require effective delivery of artifacts across the capture lifecycle.Â

What you’ll do:Â
- Deliver artifacts across the capture lifecycle, which includes continually synchronizes capabilities, capture activities, and client engagement to differentiate and scale our needs to accelerate growth and delivery. Â
- Demonstrate acumen in customer engagement and consulting while articulating value to our clients.
- Focus on delivering outcomes while working independently and collaboratively.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience working as a senior member of a strategic growth team to execute capture on corporate top deals.
- Ability to understand client environments across DoD and Federal markets to work collaboratively with account and corporate growth teams to drive differentiated capability development, shape client demand, and capture high-priority information technology opportunities.
- Experience conducting customer engagements to gain environment and opportunity specific understanding. Conduct client office calls in combination with the market Business Development personnel, Solutions architects, and account teams to drive capture processes and deliver artifacts.
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with business development and technical colleagues to create differentiated solutions.
- Ability to synthesize, fuse, and prioritize demand signals against capability areas and the capture pipeline by helping teams identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities, and develop winning proposal materials.
- Top Secret Clearance (or the ability to obtain) and a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree with 10+ years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience in developing cost models, basis of estimates (BOEs), and staffing models.
- Expertise in the following areas: competitive analysis, developing effective win themes, ability to write executive summaries and to lead capture processes across an integrated multifunctional team.
