Car Sales / Internet Sales (Must have dealership experience)

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Internet Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving online sales and enhancing customer engagement through various digital platforms. As an Internet Sales Representative, you will be responsible for converting leads into sales while providing exceptional customer service. Duties - Engage with potential customers through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media. - Conduct outbound sales calls to follow up on leads and nurture relationships with prospective buyers. - Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and optimize inventory management. - Upsell products and services to maximize revenue opportunities. - Maintain a thorough understanding of the dealership's inventory, promotions, and financing options. - Provide accurate information regarding vehicle specifications, features, and pricing to customers. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from online inquiries to in-person visits. - Track and report on sales metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Requirements - Proven experience in retail sales or automotive sales is preferred. - Strong cold calling skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus. - Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in pricing strategies and inventory analysis. - Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment. - A strong desire to learn about automotive products and services. - Previous experience in outbound sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
