Card Acquiring Product Manager (Mandarin)

Responsibilities:
· Cooperate with the business and other teams, building E2E card payment solutions for NA merchants.
· Understand competitive landscape in local markets, discover market insights, identify customer pain points ,discover product opportunities, cooperate with related teams to promote the optimization of our product capabilities.
· Closely collaborate with strategic e-commerce platforms and other strategic partners. Deliver and manage product solutions that help achieve business goals.
· Translate business requirements into product requirement, collaborate with different teams and stakeholders, project-manage and oversee E2E development process.
· Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary product contact for queries related to the product.

· 3 years and above, with experience in product management or related role.
· 1.5 years and above experience in card scheme or card payment products. Familiar with roles and responsibilities in card payment processing flow. Previous experience in card acquiring, checkout, settlement and E2E product design is highly preferred.
· Good understanding on digital wallet, payment technology, payment channels and industry players in North America markets and/or European / or Brazil markets.
· Hands-on experience working with both business and technical teams. Experience in understanding business requirement and defining product specifications.
· Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making, ability to do competitor analysis and product planning.
· Strong organizational acumen – ability to thrive in a matrix environment where success depends on a high degree of cross-functional collaboration.
· Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English.

You will take ownership to enable extensive payment methods globally for US merchants, ensure optimal user experience, higher approval rate, operation efficiency, security and compliant to regulations.
Responsibilities:
· Understand user mindset and behaviour through research, observation, data-mining, and E2E testing.
· Cooperate with the partners and internal teams, expanding A+ payment network for NA merchants. Implement and manage the integration of payment channels onto the Alipay platform from evaluating contracts to go-live. Enable the E2E transaction flow through the payment channels.
· Translate business requirements into product requirement/ user stories. Ensure the development team understands the context and specifications to deliver a quality product within the timeline.
· Understand, define and track product performance metrics and continuously enhance customer experience and performance.
· Understand competitive landscape in local markets, discover market insights, identify customer pain points ,discover product opportunities, cooperate with related teams to promote the optimization of our product capabilities.
· Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary product contact for queries related to the product.
-The base salary range for this position is $96,000 ~ $204,000 annually
