HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Card Operations Analyst is responsible for member (cardholder) and/or employer level implementations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The incumbent will coordinate with Member Services and Client Services for issue resolution, training opportunities and custom projects.
  • Member (cardholder) and/or employer issue resolution through card processor system updates or PayFlex Help Desk tickets. Recognize trends and report to the Card Operations Manager.
  • Handle custom employer setups and custom collateral in the card processor system.
  • Provide Card Process Training for Member Services and Client Services teams.
  • Request and administer custom reports and processes for specific employers upon request.
  • Lead and/or participate in one time member (cardholder) level updates.
  • Other duties as assigned.

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:
  • No degree required
  • 1-3 years of applicable experience
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature
  • Strong organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines
  • An affinity for accuracy and efficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
