We are currently seeking a Card Services Specialist to join our Operations team. The Card Services Specialist is responsible for debit/credit card and system maintenance, ATM activity & branch cash analysis, process administration, communication and leadership.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Debit/Credit Card & System Maintenance-Understand and proficiently utilize data access systems; resolve issues with debit and credit card transactions and processing; order customer cards and perform card maintenance; complete ATM settlements; perform monthly card re-issuance
  • ATM Activity & Branch Cash Analysis-Review ATM trends and volumes for effective fund allocations; monitor and maintain ATM & branch cash ordering guidelines; research suspicious activity reporting to identify trends and minimize fraud; ensure compliance and minimize loss by maintaining knowledge of vendor and regulatory requirements; stay current on fraud trends and prevention methods; provide monthly statistical reports
  • Process Administration- Document standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in processes; review current processes for efficiency and effectiveness on an ongoing basis; collaborate across departments to seek process improvements; update procedures as needed; offer recommendations to managers regarding necessary procedure improvements
  • Communication-Interact with Emprise associates, customers, other banks and vendors relative to areas of concern involving debit & credit cards, ATM & branch cash needs including foreign currency; escalate issues as needed
  • Leadership-Serve as a technical and procedural resource; assist with training on card services; support special projects as appropriate; support the organization's key business objectives; ensure that tasks are understood, supervised, and accomplished
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bank experience required
  • Transaction services experience preferred
  • Proficiency with large server based applications and typical desktop software
