Cardiology Nurse Practitioner - Orlando, FL

A Qoros Cardiovascular well – established private practice located in the Orlando, FL area is seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner. As a Nurse Practitioner you will enjoy being a valued provider team member with our highly respected collaborative team of 5 Cardiologists and 5 Nurse Practitioners!

• This is a blended Nurse Practitioner role including both office – based and hospital - based work settings. A majority of the time predominately clinic based and limited hospital exposure.
• On – Call requirement includes 1 weekend every 6 weeks and 4 weeknights per month
• Salary is negotiable based on experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experienced Nurse Practitioner in a Cardiology setting strongly preferred
• New NP grads with a minimum of 5 years prior experience as a Registered Nurse in a Cardiology healthcare setting may be considered
• Active and unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the state of Florida required
• Current certificate issued by ANCC and/or AANP or eligible
• BLS/ACLS certification required
• Commitment and ability to keep up to date with scientific and technological developments/literature
• Ability to work flexible hours as assigned
