Award winning regional healthcare system is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join their team of supportive and collaborative providers to build an expansive team of cardiac and thoracic specialists.

Practice Details:
• Early career surgeons and new graduates in 2025 are encouraged to apply. Medical director is eager to mentor new grads!
• Call at one location only with light call burden in a community setting
• Growing program with projected pump volume of 130 cases annually per surgeon by 2026
• Program is majority cardiac cases but also includes routine thoracic. No vascular required.
• Opportunity to build a robust thoracic program with robotics optional
• TAVR and Watchman programs with plans for a MITRO Clip program in 2025
• EPIC EMR
• Optional academic appointment with no teaching required
• APP Support: inpatient, office, and on-call
• Applicants must be American board certified or eligible in CTS
• New grads can expect a base salary of $800K with additional incentives + $100K Sign-on + $100K Retention
• Full health benefits, paid malpractice, signing bonus, relocation assistance, CME allowance and PTO
