Job Description
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Performs a variety of duties to assist in smooth and efficient daily operation of the department.
- Performs calculations necessary to obtain data for regular or special reports or documents.
- Retrieves, prepares and manages records of debit alert communication to Banking Centers
- Responds to Banking Center calls or e-mail inquiries on debit card alerts and debit card disputes.
- Retrieves and files various card or ATM compliance documentation.
- Perform essential functions of Resource Card Desk such as Resource Card ordering, card maintenance, card closing, responding to Resource Card internal email requests, working e-forms for Travel Exception cases, card limit increases, card creation function and Test ATM Balancing.
- Exercise common sense and good judgment in decision making.
- Understand the department standards, policies and procedures established by management.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Works effectively in a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must have proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs; Excel, Access, Word, and Internet Explorer.
EDUCATIONHigh school diploma or GED.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Minimal or occasional travel for meetings, projects or training as needed.
