Overview:
Supports compliance and enhances patient experience by completing high-volume outbound calls for a home care company.
Responsibilities:
• Make Compliance Calls to confirm relationship status and verify EVV data.
• Conduct Experience Calls to discharged and newly admitted patients to gather feedback.
• De-escalate concerns professionally and document all interactions accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all calls and follow-up actions.
Qualifications:
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Excel, email, and call tracking systems.
Languages: Cantonese (required), Mandarin (preferred)
Location: Flushing
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Schedule Options:
• Full-Time: Monday to Friday
• Part-Time: Flexible scheduling available

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
