Job Description
As a Project Coordinator at Intelligent Technical Solutions, you are responsible in monitoring the project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and clients. The task also involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities
- Be able to schedule/complete Ad-Hoc tasks.
- Demonstrates excellent written and oral English Skills
- Establish Weekly/Bi-weekly Communication Updates with Clients
- Personify our core values: Be a Creator, Do the Right Thing and Have an Open Mind
- Review Client Responses to Projects and identify action that needs to be taken.
- Review & Maintain Key Performance Indicators
- Work with Minimal Supervision

- Need to Schedules: 6
- Project Tickets in Needs Review: 20
- Project Updates Due Today: 8
- Projects without Updates in one week (7 days): 5
Requirements:
- A home office set up that meets the following:
- A working computer with minimum of 8gb RAM, i5 Windows10 or macOS Big Sur.ย
- Stable internet connection with at least 5mbps download and upload.
- A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings.ย
- A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app.ย
- HD webcam
- A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview)ย
- Excellent command of the English language both spoken and writtenย
- Able to work full time 40 hrs. a week:ย 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Monday to Friday)
- Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.ย
- Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants).
