Cargo Flight Support (Immediate Start)

Company Description

Our Cargo team are pivotal in managing Charters ranging from Elephant to Engines, Relief to Rally cars and anything in between. This wide-ranging variety of Cargo Charters means our Brokers have to be both versatile and dynamic.

Reporting to the Cargo Director and based in our Asia Pacific Regional office in Hong Kong you will be fully responsible for coordinating with different parties for flight operation and flight watching.

Job Description

Role includes:

• Flight watching
• Coordinate with the airlines / airport / clients for the flight operation
• Report to broker for operation matter
• Update the customer for the flight operation
• Work shift schedule and irregular hours based on the flight operation date 

Qualifications

What we look for:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Welcome IANG Visa
• Ability to work unsupervised, shift schedule and/or irregular hours as required
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skill
• Strong analytical and logical capabilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multitasks independently
• Prior experience in aviation, freight forwarding, or logistics is preferred but not a must
• Immediately available
