Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated carpenter. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction and carpentry tasks, demonstrating proficiency in both residential and commercial projects. This role requires hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a wide range of tasks that contribute to the successful completion of construction projects. Duties • Execute trim and frame carpentry, ensuring high-quality finishes. • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks. • Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications. • Engage in concrete forming, plastering, rebar installation, and fabrication as required. Requirements • Proven experience in construction with a focus on carpentry techniques. • Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and best practices. • Ability to lift heavy materials as required by job duties. • Strong skills in woodworking, metal stud framing, CNC operation, assembly, and electrical experience is a plus.
