Job Overview: We are looking for aSkilled Carpenterto join our team! The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in carpentry, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time and to high standards. Key Responsibilities: • Construct, install and repair wooden and light gauge metal structures such as framing, flooring, cabinetry, doors, and windows, ceilings, stairs • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other project documentation • Use a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and effectively • Collaborate with other team members and project managers to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule • Perform site preparation and ensure the work area is clean and organized • Provide high-quality work that meets client expectations and company standards Requirements: • Minimum of 10 years of carpentry experience • Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings • Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent communication skills and professionalism • Physical ability to perform carpentry tasks, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions • Valid driver’s license is a plus Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in specialized carpentry (e.g., cabinetry, furniture, custom woodwork) • OSHA certification or other relevant safety training What We Offer: • Competitive salary based on experience • Opportunities for career growth and development • A supportive and collaborative work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week Work Location: In person
