Responsibilities • Execute remodeling projects, including residential and commercial spaces, with precision and care. • Perform installations of cabinets, doors, and trim carpentry elements. • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites. • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Skills • Proficiency in remodeling techniques and installation processes. • Strong knowledge of trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, and metal stud framing. • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks efficiently.
