What you will do

• Manage global Sender ID registration with different suppliers in different countries
• Complete global Sender ID registration within predefined time frame for assigned countries
• Leverage internal tools to run manual or automated SMS quality tests during registration process and do ad-hoc testing when necessary
• Act as a source of knowledge for Sender ID registration related issues and handle Sender ID related complaints with global suppliers
• Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep global registration requirement and country regulations as well as internal record and wiki pages up-to-date

What you will bring

• Knowledge of essential telecommunications areas of service, invoicing cycles and cost structure.
• Excellent mathematics and numerical skills; ideally with a Finance bias.
• Excellent communication skills, including writing, speaking and listening. This includes business communication to outside partners and providers.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build reports in our BI systems and to create SQL (beginner) queries.
• Ability to:
• Multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Interact and communicate with all levels of staff in both business and technical areas.
• Understand the full range of contract management obligations, including term definition, negotiation, change management and ongoing performance evaluation.
• Learn new systems and procedures quickly.

What is required for application

Required

• 2 to 3 years in operations or support roles
• Basic understanding of SMS quality metrics (Sender ID/OA, DLR etc) or willingness to learn SMS protocol
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to work with internal and external stakeholders in different regions (AMEA, APAC & EMEA)
• Positive mindset and not just ‘doing what you are asked to do’
• Excellent in GSuite (Gmail, GDocs, GSheets, GSlides, etc) or MSOffice equivalent.
• Nice to have: Experience in Reporting/BI Tools such as Tableau,Kibana, as well as project management software like JIRA and Confluence
