Who We Want
As the Carrier Sales Manager for Arrive Fresh you will play a pivotal role in building our produce division from the ground up. We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader with a deep background in produce/perishable freight who thrives in both autonomous and cross-functional environments.
What You'll Do
Qualifications
- 15+ yrs supply chain experience; including 10+ yrs in produce & floral
- Expert in Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Sanitary Transportation of Food (STF) and Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA)
- Bid management experience with both shippers (growers) and customers (retail processor foodservice & wholesale)
- Ability to adjust altitudes quickly simultaneously creating strategy while ensuring smooth operational roll-out throughout the organization
- High energy with strong work ethic and passion for continuous improvement
- Experience in Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) creation including compliance program design and roll-out
- Experience collaborating with tech teams on Transportation Management System (TMS) functionality to improve customer and carrier experience
