Case Analyst

Enova’s hybrid work model allows employees to work in the office T, W, and TH with the option to work from home on Monday and Friday. 

About the role:

The Case Analyst will support loan applications through their life of the originations pipeline. This includes completing a variety of tasks to remediate friction points in the application process, providing clarification on credit policy, and executing items that are outside the standard processing path.  

What you’ll be doing:

• Assess missing components of the application package and prioritize follow up with internal stakeholders
• Validate Closing documentation ensuring adherence to KYC/CIP policies and procedures.
• Analyze application data including tax returns, bank statements, and customer / business verification documents 
• Complete judgmental case review ensuring they are well documented and completed in a timely manner
• Conduct credit model corrections and grant exceptions to standard policies and procedures 
• Support the journey of a loan application by monitoring and managing operation queues
• Resolve escalated issues
• Conduct external verifications with third party companies and individuals 
• Communicate directly with customers
• Collaborate with internal OnDeck teams
• Perform all support functions as assigned

• Experience with fraud identification and anti-money laundering strategies

For Colorado-based candidates, the budgeted range is $24.50/hr but actual compensation may vary based on experience including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
