Position Summary

As a Case Team Lead at Putnam you will help lead and manage teams of Associates & Life Sciences Consultants to complete projects.  Working with Managers and Partners you will:

• Interact with clients to understand problems and develop and refine hypotheses to test.
• Structure complex strategic and analytical problems that constitute the core of the team’s work.
• Lead the daily operations of the team in executing and synthesizing analyses into key findings and actionable recommendation and participate in delivering these recommendations to our clients

Desired Skills and Experience 

• Demonstrated excellence during their academic career (MBA or post-graduate degree is preferred but not required).
• 4-5 years of relevant Value, Pricing, & Access experience with other top-tier consulting firms or within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industries.
• An understanding of core European Access and Pricing landscape, the opportunities and challenges that they present for pharma and biotech clients.
• Experience with payer and pricing methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
• Knowledge on how payer systems work across global markets and how to navigate them to ensure optimal access at the point of launch.
• Proven analytical capabilities, presentation skills, team management and detail orientation.
• Experience developing discussion guides, facilitating interviews, analyzing data, and developing insights and recommendations.
• A strong team player with a desire to facilitate collaboration.
