Job Description:
Summary:
Supervise a team of Cash Applicators to ensure timely and accurate posting of cash receipts. Responsible for working with various other groups throughout the business (Accounts Payable, GL Accounting, Financial Systems, Treasury, etc.)
What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead an engaged team and is responsible for hiring, development and performance management.
• Coach and develop team members and address HR related issues as needed
• Identify root causes of reconciliation issues and recommend solutions to drive process improvements
• Act as a first level point of escalation for internal customers
• Understands how cash applications effects other areas of the business and oversees daily cash application processes including cash reconciliation, receipt assignments and systemic requirements
• Support the Cash Application Reconciliation Tool (CART) to maximize accuracy and efficiency with customers with consignment and in-plant locations
• Prepare for and provide on-going training and development to ensure process consistency and data integrity
• Performs and analyzes various volume and productivity tracking and statistical reporting
• Supports the strategies and goals of management
• Other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's level degree or equivalent years of experience (5+ years)
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Understanding of debit and credit entries
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills
• Proven ability to build relationships with external/internal customers and with team
• Detail oriented and demonstrated ability to multi-task

Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More:

• Direct experience using Oracle 11i or higher
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Previous experience providing direct or indirect group leadership

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$64,400.00 - $85,250.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
