Cash Application Specialist

KCH Transportation, a rapidly growing logistics and supply chain company, is looking for a Cash Application Specialist to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing receivables, reconciling payments and ensuring the accuracy of cash application. This role requires a detail-oriented person with experience in accounting and billing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reconcile customer payments and remittances
• Continuous evaluation of current policies and recommendations for process improvements
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Provide support for internal and external audits
• Prepare cash receipt reports for processing
• Prepare and manage unapplied cash report

Requirements

Education/Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience with collections, invoicing, and/or accounts receivable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze large sets of data
• High degree of familiarity with cash application processes

SALARY: $45,000 - $52,000 USD
