Cash/ Liquidity Analyst

Cash/ Liquidity Analyst

Currently, we are looking for a Cash/ Liquidity Analyst to join our highly motivated and inspired team in Zentiva.

The Treasury Analyst will deliver measurable results and will act as a key contributor in managing liquidity, driving forecasting along with process optimization and automation.

What would be your main responsibilities:

• Validates Account Receivables transactions: applies incoming customer payments, investigates and identifies details regarding amounts received;

• Cooperates with Customer Service and Commercial department to resolve disputes;

• Performs weekly RIBA runs and related analysis

• Supports processing and analysis for Direct Debits across Zentiva markets

• Manages the Corporate Credit Card program and all related activities, like salary deductions, reimbursements, communication and the processing in expense management tools.

• Prepares and analyses periodic AR and AP reporting, overview on group factoring utilization, direct debit utilization, costs, reconciliation.

• Supports the development of financial policies and procedures for process improvement and operational efficiencies in the GFS team and other areas of Finance.

• Proposes and supports automation initiatives to ensure the most up-to-date data incorporated for cash/liquidity analysis, including links to SAP ERP system where possible/appropriate.

• Performs analysis of monthly estimated receipts and payments, including possible deviations from Cash flow Forecast/Budget; suggests required action to meet the appropriate month-end landing position.

• Helps to optimize and accelerate Zentiva Group's liquidity forecasting process to provide visibility into the Group's cash position for the following 13 weeks.

• Supports team members on delivering high-quality Invoice-To-Cash and Accounts Payable services, ensuring adherence to deadlines.

• Back-ups for Centralized AP processing in support to Senior AP & Treasury Specialist

• Responsible for group treasury payments interface (all banks) maintain the system and potential upgrades if required.

We need you to have:

• Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar.

• 5+ years of Finance functional experience

• 1+ year of experience in Cash management/Treasury operations.

• Proactive and skilled in collaboration with big cross-functional, cross-border user groups.

• Tech-savvy, capable of translating transactional data into clear summaries for management.

• A performance-driven self-starter, confident and self-aware with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with ability to express ideas effectively through data or presentation.

• An excellent team player able to operate in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment.

• Good communication skills working in an international environment.
