As a Cash Operations Transaction Processing Specialist - Analyst within Payment Operations team, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of clients' payment processing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and timely
  • Respond to the queries from business partners in a timely manner
  • Escalate issues and challenges on time
  • Adopt best practices by partnering with other transaction processing teams
  • Maintain control of the environment in respect of JPMorgan & Chase Co. policies and the local regulatory rules

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with International Payment Processing Operations
  • Ability to learn quickly, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
  • Ability to multi-task & accuracy
  • Proficiency in English and Korean with strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good team player

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Working knowledge of SWIFT and international payment conventions and practices is preferred
